To uninstall the application from Windows,

1. Click .
2. Locate and click the IDrive 360 folder in the list of applications.
3. Right-click on the IDrive 360 application and click Uninstall. 
4. You will be redirected to the Control Panel.
5. Right-click on IDrive 360 and select Uninstall.

To uninstall the application from Mac,

1. Go to File > New Finder Window > Applications > IDrive360.app.
2. Right-click on IDrive360.app and select Show Package Contents.
3. Navigate to Contents > MacOS and double-click the IDrive360Uninstaller. A message will be displayed prompting you to start the uninstallation process.
4. Click Uninstall to proceed with the uninstallation.
5. In the verification screen, enter the valid system password (administrator password) and click OK.
