How do I update my profile details?

To update your profile details,

  1. Sign in to your IDrive® 360 account.
  2. Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.
  3. In the 'Profile Details' tab, modify your details such as - first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number and password.
  4. Click 'Save Changes'.

How can I cancel my IDrive® 360 account?

To cancel,

  1. Sign in to your IDrive® 360 account.
  2. Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.
  3. In the 'Profile Details' tab, click 'Cancel my account'.
  4. A popup appears to confirm your cancellation. Enter your password, other information, and click 'Cancel My Account'.
  5. In the confirmation popup, click 'Cancel My Account'.

How do I change my password?

To change your account password,

  1. Sign in to your IDrive® 360 account.
  2. Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.
  3. In the 'Profile Details' tab, go to the 'Change Password' section.
  4. Type your current password, new password and confirm it.
  5. Click 'Save Changes'.
